Complete renovation of 2nd floor, private residence

Complete renovation of the second floor unit in a Philadelphia style two family.

• Phase I included a slight modification of the existing kitchen and complete rehabilitation of existing cabinets by refinishing with a high grade lacquer paint.
• The design of a complex wall shelf system for both the living room and dining room.
• The complete gut renovation of the second floor bathroom and the rehabilitation of the existing front porch with new 180 degree out swing French doors.

Phase II included the renovation of the third floor unfinished raw attic space into a master bedroom suite with private bath & toilet rooms.
• The creation of a new guest bathroom with an oversized shower/steam room. The addition of several roof skylights and a sun worshiper's balcony off the master bedroom suite.
